I found this small 7" LCD display Model AVM678 while shopping at target. The price was super cheap, only $99 bucks! It has dual source inputs, tilt screen, brightness, color, dual headphone monitors, volume control, wide/normal screen. It came with an assortment of AV cables to hookup all the common video sources. The monitor can run from either AC or DC, comes with a car plug adapter as well as the AC wall adapter.

Using a special AV cable for the Video Ipod you can hookup this monitor for a larger screen display.

Starting to mess around with Helmet Cameras. Picked up this set from www.helmetcamera.com - Great resolution and completely durable.
